Homemade Noodles

IMG_6686.jpg
Noodle making has been in the family for a long time. Brad's grandma has been making noodles for 70 years. We just didn't know it would be a part of our business. But we think noodles are a great addition to our cheese! We make several different sizes and 5 different flavors.
Tasty Traditions Noodles was first started in Bonners Ferry in 2010. We started making noodles in the fall of 2021. We sell to restaurants and have noodles available in several bulk food stores including;
The Gathering Place, Bonners Ferry, ID
Miller's Country Store, Sandpoint, ID
All Yoke's Fresh Foods Markets in WA & ID

We start by mixing flour, eggs, & water. Then it's pressed through rollers until it's as thin as desired. After it rest for a little it is then rolled thinner and cut into noodles. Then it's dried on racks until it's ready to be packaged, shipped and taken to stores where you can purchase so you can make a delicious meal for your family.
Homemade noodles absorb pasta better than commercial noodles.
If you haven't tried homemade noodles get some next time you have the opportunity! We don't think you'll be disappointed!
